The Council of Natural Medicine College of Canada is a self regulated institution with the following objectives:

  • To establish and enforce national high standards in Complementary, Alternative and Holistic Health education.
  • To evaluate and approve educational institutions providing Complementary, Alternative and Holistic medicine education.
  • The establishment of professional competency qualifications and competency examinations for  applicants.
  • The registration of CNMCC members and granting of registered titles.
  • To promote ongoing professional education for members through scientific research, teaching methodology and faculty development.
  • To ensure members follow CNMCC professional Code of Ethics and to investigate any  complaints made against CNMCC members.
